An Analysis of the Present Moral Growth Environment for Juveniles

Juveniles are future builders of our country.Enhancing their ideological and moral education has become a hope project concerning the future of the country and the fate of the nation.However,their present moral growth environment is not very satisfactory.School record is still the focus of education;ideological and moral education at school is too much laid on common;parents fail to set up adequate examples;negative impact of the mass media plays an influential role in juveniles' value choice as well as their behaviors;not enough occasions and spaces are created to meet their needs.Therefore,innovations are required in their moral education to suit their characteristics of mental and physical health,to create democratic,harmonious,and equal family education environment,and to guide their social life with peer groups.Family,school,and the society should step up their communication and coordination.
