Abstract
The socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics is the goal of developing Chinese democratic politics; is the political basis and the only way to strengthen the position of the Chinese Communist Party heading the government. To develop the socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics, it is fundamental that we must combine the leadership of the Party with the rule of the people and law. To carry out the construction of the socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics, we must promote the development of science, democratization, legal system and modernization of the politics.
