Abstract

Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) was developed for analyzing genetic polymorphism in BALB/c Inbred Strain Mouse. The results showed the characteristic RAPD patterns of BALB/c Inbred Strain Mouse. Each primer gave 2-11 bands for each individual. The length of the fragment was 300- 2 300 bp.
