An Empirical Study on Coordinated Development of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

This paper analyzes data from statistical yearbooks of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.From the overall,the industry structure and employment structure are both constantly optimized in this region from 1986 to 2010.However,each area is different,especially in Hebei province,the upgrading speed of industry structure is the slowest and employment structure is lagging.In order to analyze the relationship of them deeply,the paper uses cointegration test,Granger test,and VEC error correction model to prove that there is a long term stable relationship of the industry structure and the employment structure of Hebei province,and the adjustment of industry structure is the Granger reason of modification of employment structure.
