Abstract
Objective To explore the gender Mongolia hypertension patient blood pressure variability of whether there is a correlation. Methods Selection in January-December,2014 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region people's hospital during the period of 102 Mongolian patients with high blood pressure can cooperate to check as the research object of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,50 patients were male patients,age(60.12±13.3),52 cases of female patients age(59.28±10.07),clinical information and24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),find out the correlation between the index and gender.Results(1)The Mongolian Male and female patients with four blood pressure variability compared between age groups, there were no statistically significant difference(P0.05);(2)The Mongolian men and women 24 h diastolic hypertension patients(24 h DBP)and diastolic blood pressure at night(dDBP)was statistically significant(P0.05);(3)Compared with nighttime blood pressure variability, daytime blood pressure variability diastolic and systolic blood pressure variability are statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion(1)The gender and age on the Mongolian patients with high blood pressure have no obvious effect on blood pressure variability;(2)Mongolian men with hypertension 24 h diastolic blood pressure(24 HDBP)and diastolic blood pressure at night(dDBP)variability than female patients;(3)The Mongolian patients with high blood pressure blood pressure variability and the mean blood pressure variation law is consistent, blood pressure increases during the day, night fell, the daytime blood pressure variability is greater than nighttime blood pressure variability, diastolic blood pressure variability is greater than the systolic blood pressure variability.
