Abstract
In the substation design with gas insulated switchgear(GIS),the structure features of GIS should be taken into the consideration.The advantages of GIS are presented.According to the operation condition of GIS in Zhengzhou Power Supply Company,some existing problems such as the main connection mode selection,the connection mode between GIS and transformer,the GIS gas chamber partition etc in the design and selection are analyzed.The corresponding solutions are submitted.
