Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the improved method of root canal preparation using Protaper nickel-titanium instruments for machine.Methods 200 patients suffering from pulpitis,periapical that need root canal treatment,were divided into two groups according to anterior teeth,premolars,molars randomly,each 100 patients,the experimental group used the improved method of root canal preparation,filled with warm gutta vertical condensation.Control group used the standard method of root canal motor preparation.Filled with warm gutta vertical condensation.Record the time that two sets of root canal preparation required,the number of equipment broken,X-ray film preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative to evaluate effect of preparation and root filling.Results Experimental group and control group,root canal taper,fluency,root canal morphology and working length changes,no significant differences,but the root canal preparation time of experimental group was significantly shortened compared to control group,there was significant differences.Conclusion The improved method of root canal preparation using protaper nickel-titanium instruments for machine is feasible,it improved the efficiency of root canal preparation,but needed well dredge in advance to prevent the breakage of equipment.
