Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was give conventional internal medicine nursing, the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on basis of the control group. Prognosis outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The motor score in the observation group was (87.9±12.3) scores, significantly higher than that in the control group [ (68.1±19.4) scores], the difference was significant (P0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group [ (88.7± 18.3) scores] was significantly higher than that in the control group [ (48.1±17.4) scores], the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the prognosis, improve the therapeutic effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
