Abstract
The DNA polymorphism on different inbred line Drosophilas and its hybrid have been studied by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD). The results show: The among inbred lines have special RAPD band. The hybrid is the same most RAPD band as its parents; but some bands have difference between hybrid and its parents. The difference is possible correlation with product heterosis.
