Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-tumor markers detection for pulmonary cancer. Methods:The serums level of tumor markers were detected by the C-12 system in lung cancer patients with benign pulmonary disease and healthy persons. Results:The positive rate was 75.8% in lung cancer group,27.5% in benign pulmonary disease group and 8.5% in healthy group. The sensitivity of lung cancer diagnosis was 75.8% and the specificity was 91.5%.Conclusion:Multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system possesses clinical reference value in diagnosis of lung cancer, and it is suitable to be used as an surveying tool in people with high risk of tumors.
