The relationship between the government and enterprises is an important content of the market economy.Different model of the relations has significant impact on behavior of the government and enterprises.Unspoken rules in China's current relations between government and the enterprises can reflect the pattern defects of the relationship between government and enterprises.To standardize the operation of the government and enterprises on economy operation,the existing relations must be reformed to establish a market-oriented government-enterprise relations.
