On Chinese Institutional View

Institutional view has tremendous influence on formation and implementation of institution.Relationship economy,hierarchy and lack of democracy and the rule of law have the important influence to the Chinese institutional view formation.Informal constraints substitute for formal constraints,and the authority may dominate above the institution,there are a lot of unspoken rules out of the formal rules and soft power phenomena during institution implementation.All of which are rooted in that the authority is not constrained.Chinese institutional view is different from westerner's institutional view,which needs to be considered when we establish institutional system with Chinese Characteristics.
