On Upgrading Industrial Cluster Based on Cluster Innovation Network

Abstract

The key to industrial cluster upgrading lies in the formation and effective performance of industrial cluster innovation network.The functional structure and the operating mechanism drive forth the upgrading of the industrial cluster.Therefore,the innovation network should be promoted and cultivated in order to get the driving force for the upgrading of the industrial cluster.
