Abstract

Using system dynamic theory and causal loop diagram,the paper analyzes the industry chain,technology chain and global value chain in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster.It gets the following inspiration: University-industry-research cooperation is the important factor in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster;Government macroeconomic control is necessary complementarity in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster;Enterprises in industrial cluster should change the compete concept.
