Thinking On the Reform of the Adult Higher Education Management

The traditional adult higher education management pattern has restricted the development of the adult higher education seriously. Many adult higher colleges are exploring current management pattern and trying to take reform. A series of combination and reform in the idea, content, method and form of education should be done so that adult higher education can follow the path of characteristics to meet the new demands of the development of the economy and society for the adult higher education.
