Abstract

Innovation of pattern of talents training in higher vocational education is a certain choice to deal with the disjoint between higher vocational education and the demand of society. According to the characteristics of higher vocational education, basic idea of the innovation of pattern of talents training in higher vocational education was concluded as ideas of Sustainable development, methodology, humanistic education, healthy personality.
