Study on New Mechanism of Mineral Exploration in China

With the scale expansion of economic aggregate,the strength of mineral resources development is larger.However,structural problems in prospecting become prominent;and resources reserves upgrade slowly.All of these makes resource bearing capacity continuously reduced,and the contradiction between supply and demand is being aggravated.On account of this,this paper points out that building the system of mineral resource exploration is urgent needed.Some suggestions for improvement are included: tamping public geological survey work and perfecting administrative organization;actively encouraging and guiding commercial geological prospecting;abandoning the control over mineral exploration rights;strictly regulating withdraw from the mineral exploration rights;speeding up reserves promotion and strengthening guarantee capacity of mineral resources;and pushing forward the progress of technology and talent training.
