Using Modern Property Rights System to Sustain Effective Corporate Governance

When pushing on modern enterprise system in China, we can not find the proper breakthrough point, which further impedes the perfection of corporate governance structure. The author puts forward that we should use property rights reform as a breakthrough point to ensure full transaction of property rights and perfect modern property rights reform so as to make corporate governance structure scientific, thus we can actually establish modern enterprise system.
