The Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on the Hemorrheology and Nail Microcirculation in Patients Suffered from Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effects of Shuxuetong injection on the hemorrheology and nail microcirˉculation in patients suffered from cerebral infarction.Methods60subjects with cerebral infarction were divided inˉto the therapeutic group and the control group randomly.Patients in therapeutic group and in control group were treated with Shuxuetong injection or Fufangdanshen injection combined with low molecular dextran injection respecˉtively.The hemorrheology and nail microcirculation were measured both before and after the therapy.Results The abnormalities of the hemorrheology and the defects of nail microcirculation were rectified markedly in patients treatˉed with Shuxuetong injection.Conclusions Shuxuetong injection can ameliorate the abnormalities of the hemorrheˉology and the defects of nail microcirculation remarkably,and may play a role in the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
