Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong on the acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with Danshen while study group with Shuxuetong. Neurological function, total effective rate, and the changes of coagulation-fibrinolysis were observed before and after the therapy. Results Compared with control group, the neurological function deficit scores, blood viscosity and fibrinogen were decreased in study group while hemorrhagic tendency were not found. Conclusion The Shuxuetong is effective and safe in treating acute cerebral infarction by accelerating fibrinolysis, inhibiting coagulation activity and improving neurological function.
