Abstract
Objective RP-HPLC method was established to determine chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Herba taraxaci. Methods Diamonsil C18 column was used with a mixture of acetonitrile and sodium phosphate buffer(13∶87,v/v) as mobile phase. Results The linear ranges were 2.4~48.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 5),1.0~20.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 7) respectively. The recoveries were 99.7%(RSD=0.8%),100.8%(RSD=1.1%) respectively. Conclusion The assay method is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility and,it could provide the quality assessment for Herba taraxaci.
