Analysis on Current Situation of Improving the Training Qualiy of Secondary Vocational School Teachers——an Example on Empirical Research in Arts and Design

This paper is based on the empirical research about training of improving the qualities of arts and design teachers in secondary vocational schools.From the basic information of teacher,teaching and training mechanism,etc.it analyses that at present,the problems of training secondary vocational school teachers lie in teachers,teaching ability,training mechanism and so on.These issues can not be ignored.In order to resolve the problems,we should develop the training mechanism,make innovation in the training courses and models,and establish the evaluation system of teacher training.
