Abstract
By means of macroscopical rupture analysis,materials,mechanical properties,chemical composition,metallographic structure and fracture surface SEM analysis,the fracture reason of hydrogen booster bolt was analyzed.The results showed that the anchor bolt installation misalignment and the consequent hydrogen booster machine standing vibration leaded to fatigue fracture of bolts.The presence of the core metal,non-metallic inclusions caused,cracks and other defects eventually lead to failure fracture.
