Study on Natural Forest Resource Protection Project in Gansu and Sustainable Forest Management

Forest environment, as the material base of social and economic sustainable development, is both regenerated and vanished as well, therefore, it is the only choice to manage natural forest resource sustainablly. The forest in these areas where natural forest resource protection project is carried out is the main body of forest environment and is of great importance for ecological system and ecological security in Gansu province. In this paper, the relationship between the forest in these areas and forest sustainable management and some way to manage are discussed.
