Improved Innovation Performance Evaluation on the High-tech Industry in China Based on DEA Model

Abstract

This paper studies the innovation performance for China's high- tech industry in 2011 by using Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA),and discusses the reason for less effective allocation from redundant- inputs respectively. Finally, how to improve the innovation performance for China' s high- tech industry has been suggested.
