Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of matrine in matrine and glucose injection.METHOD A HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Prodigy ODS(3) column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) was analytic column; a mixture of MeOH-H_2O-(C_2H_5)_3N(500∶500∶2v/v),adjusted with 0.5mol·L~(-1) H_3PO_4 to pH of 7.4~7.5 was used as mobile phase; detector wavelength was at 220nm.RESULTS The average recovery of matrine was 100.13%, RSD was (1.5)%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of this drug.
