Abstract
Objective To reseaech the inhibitory effects of arsenic on Human hepatocyte cells proliferation. Methods cultured Human hepatocyte cells,MTT was used to detect the survival rate of L-02 cells With different concentrations of sodium arsenite. Results the survival rate of L -02 cells was apparently higher after 2.5mmol/L NaAsO2 treatment, and 5mmol/L、10mmol/L NaAsO2 reduced the survival rate (P0.01).Conclusions The proliferation of the Human hepatocyte cells line is regulated in a double -phase manner, low concentration (2.5mmol/L) induces stimulation effect, but high concentration(5mmol/L、10mmol/L)inhibits the cell proliferation, hormesis are appeared toxicology.
