Abstract
The liquid-state fermentation conditions of cellulose produced by Aspergillus niger were studied. The results showed that the optimum culture medium condition were as follows: corn-core 80 g/L, peptone 6 g/L and maltose 10 g/L. Adjusting pH by CaCO3, when 3 mL (~107 mL) spores were inoculated into 30 mL medium in 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask, and it cultivated in shaker at 28 ℃ for 72 h, the xylanase activity of culture filtrate reached the highest. Under optimized conditions, The activity of the produced CMC improved 150% as compared with the original medium.
