Abstract

The paper makes a research on the Influence of Salicylic Acid in different concentration to seed germination and seedling growth of wheat under salt stress.The experimental result shows that under the stress of 5 mmol/LNaCl,the germination rate of wheat seed decreases,root and shoot elongations are inhibited,the Chlorophyll content of wheat seedling and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity decrease and membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA) accumulates;while the deposition of 0.1-1mmol/LSA increases the germination rate of wheat seed under salt stress,promotes the growth of wheat seedling,increases the Chlorophyll content of wheat seedling and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,inhibits the accumulation of MDA,alleviates the harm of salt stress to wheat seedling and presents the concentration effect.
