Analysis on Housing Policy System for Low-income People in China

Based on the analysis on the approval and implementation of two parts of housing policy system for low-income people in China,which is economically affordable housing and low-rent housing, this article appraised the problems and shortcomings of current policy system, and put forward that to establish a more suitable housing policy system for low-income people,the economically affordable housing should be cancelled,the low-rent housing should be emphasized,the landincome should be transformed into building the housing foundation for low-income people and the housing system should be reformed.
