Status Quo and Problems of Rural Basic Public Service:Perceptions of Rural Households

To provide basic and secured public service in rural area is an important task to improve rural livelihood,and also one of the most important goals of new rural construction.According to household questionnaire survey in 29 provinces(cities or districts),based on actual demand of basic public service in rural area,the report analyzes status quo and existing main problems in provision of basic public service on rural livelihood,production,public secure and environment protection.Accordingly,the report provides policy proposals on the development of rural public service system.
