Reflections on the Rural Public Service Facilities Construction

The rural public service facilities being imperfect now in China is a major manifestation of the imbalance of urban and rural economic development. To promote rural public service systems and build more perfect rural public service systems is an important issue facing government currently. This paper analyzes the problems of the rural public service system construction and proposes improvement programs. Besides, it also explores the countermeasures of the rural public service system construction.
