Abstract

The carbaryl and atrazine in water sample were enriched by solid phase extraction column and then determined at 222nm wavelength by using DAD by HPLC.The recovery rates of carbaryl and atrazine were between 95.3%~102.0%,and thier RSD were from 1.4% to 3.1%.The range of determination was 0~10.0mg/L and detection limit was 0.02~0.05ug/L in this mothod. This method could be applied for the determination of atrazine and carbaryl in drinking water sample with satisfactory results.
