Construction and practice of specialized training system for nurses

objective To build specialized education training system for hospital nurses. Methods We built a specialized training system for nurses, including the basic quality training, basic nursing skills training, special nursing skills training and advanced profes-sional skills training. Results The nurse’s comprehensive nursing skills and theoretical knowledge significantly improved after we operated the specialized training system. The basic nursing care quality and the nursing research level also promoted. Conclusion The construction and practice of the specialized education training system for hospital nurses under the new situation was very important for nurses’ professional development.
