Abstract

Objective:To study the function of kidney soup for the treatinent of chronic renal failure in the early and middle stages and to observe the clinical effect of kidney soup on CRF in early and middle stages. Methods: 60 patients with spleen deficiency syndrome as the early wet muddy mid-block type of CRF were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group,30 patients in conventional therapy, plus kidney decoction;Control group of 30 patients conventional therapy, the increase in Niaoduqing particles, the two groups are one month as one course of treatment, for 3 courses.Observe the effect. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0%,and markedly effective rate was 60.0%;The control group was 66.7% and 33.3% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Kidney soup can significantly improve clinical symptoms, improve nutritional status in patients with renal function, and renal function was so well protected, which can effectively slow down the rate of CRF progress.
