Abstract
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.Method:Samples were analyzed by Kromasil-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.4% phosphonic acid) as mobile phases in gradient elution,235 nm as detected wave-length,1.0 mL/min as flow-rate,30 ℃ as temperature of column,10 μL as injected volume.Results:The contents of three components,chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin,were determined by the given method.Conclusion:[WTBZ]The method was rapid,convenient,and accurate,and is suitable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.
