Abstract

The wood-based panel industry in North Jiangsu Province is developing rapidly,which attributes to the local economic development for the biggest part.At present,the factories in the industry are confronted with the challenge of how to improve the competitiveness.This paper is to discuss how to improve the competitiveness based on the current situation of the industry in North Jiangsu Province and in the aspects of overall cost leadership,differentiation and focus strategy.
