Abstract

[Objective]To analyze and compare the clinical effect to the patients infected by helicobaetcr palori(Hp)that were unsuccessful treated by Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin that could be the better program.[Methods]The patienrs were divided into two groups. Group A received Omeprazole + Levofloxacin + Furazolidone for two weeks. Group B received of Omeprazole + Metronidazole+ Gentamycin for two weeks. One month later, all the patients were examined Hp by the electron coronoseope.[Results]The Hp of 74% patients were eradicated in the Levofloxacin group(Group A)and that in the Group B were only 50%. The statistics result showed the significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of Omeprazole + Levofloxacin + Furazolidone to the Hp was better than the that of Omeprazole + Metronidazole+ Gentamycin. So we suggested using Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin in eradicating the Hp infection.
