Abstract
In order to realize effective protection and recovery of the plateau wet meadow, characteristics of plant community in wet meadow under different grazing intensity and hydrological disturbance were analyzed by located observation. The results showed that species dominance of wet meadow community was lower under forbidding grazing. It was improved by grazing and watering, and reduced by forbidding grazing and watering.Grazing had significant influence on community species richness and Shannon-Wiener diversity index, which was promoted by water regulation. However the two kinds of disturbance had no significant influence on community evenness index.Community aboveground biomass was increased by water improvement while the community dry weight/fresh weight decreased. The aboveground biomass was the highest under forbidding grazing and watering, and lowest under grazing and no watering condition.Community dry weight/fresh weight was higher under forbidding grazing.
