Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the concentration of acute-term serum uric acid, Nitric Oxide(NO) to the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods: 39 cases of patients with ACS were divided into A,B,C three groups from low to high concentration as experimental groups, and another 31 cases of healthy crowd as a control group. All patients were detected for the concenlration of serum uric acid and NO. Results: Compared with the control group, as the concentration of uric acid higher, the concentration of NO was lower, when the uric acid was bigger than 421 μmol/L, that was more remarkable, P0.001. Conclusion: The rise of the concentration of serum uric acid showes close relationship with the occurrence or development and the prognosis of ACS.
