Abstract
Construction of physical education top-quality courses in colleges and universities can be achieved by promoting the course construction and improving the teaching quality.This study has analyzed the significance,purpose,and basic technical process of the construction of physical education top-quality courses in colleges and universities,as well as the courses offered,etc.,by practice of constructing volleyball physical education top-quality courses in our universities.This study has probed into the construction of the content of physical education top-quality courses,the reform of curricular system,the construction of teaching method and means and rank of qualified teachers for teaching,the construction of environment and teaching result and course feature and so on.
