Effects of Hualu capsules on ethanol content of whole blood in mice

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Hualu capsules on ethanol content in whole blood of mice.METHODS The ethanol content in mice's blood was measured by gas chromatographic method.RESULTS The ethanol content in blood of mice in Hualu capsules group was decreased significantly than the control group,and it was also decreased significantly than the aloe powder group in 60 minutes.CONCLUSION The Hualu capsules and the aloe powder have observably anti-inebriation effects,and the effects of the Hualu capsule is better than aloe powder.
