Diagnosis and Treatment Progress of Diastolic Heart Failure

Diastolic heart failure(DHF) is a kind of congestive heart failure which have something wrong with its diastolic function.The diagnosis based on clinical manifestation and laboratory examination,has certain limitations.Now days,the therapy of this disease depends on its pathophysiology,small sample clinical study and therapeutic experience from systolic heart failure.This article reviews diastolic heart failure about its conception,diagnositic standard and therapeutic condition at present.
