Abstract
Using Folium Isatidis as material, the parameters of extraction technology of total flavnoids including ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, material to liquid ratio and extraction times were studied with single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction concentration of 70%, ultrosonic time of 30 min, materialto-liquid ratio of 1∶25 and extracting two times.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
