Abstract
The hypocotyls explants from Chunqiu cauliflower were cultured and some factors affecting shoot regeneration were also studied. The results showed the highest frequency of shoot regeneration of hypocotyls explants from 6 d old in vitro grown seedling was 93.33% and No.of bud per explant with shoots was 5.71,using the MS media containing the hormone combinations of 6 BA 2-3 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.It was also found AgNO 3 (6 mg/L) was advantageous to the shoot formation;the lower segments of hypocotyls produced shoot earlier and easier than the upper segments.
