Abstract

Currently mobile computing has become a hot spot of network research,this paper first analyzes the basic principle of Mobile IP in detail,including the basic concepts,routing algorithm and routing optimization. Then it analyzes the performance of Mobile IP.Lastly,it provides some advice for the improvement of Mobile IP based on IPv6.
