Abstract

This paper introduces the outstanding achievement of Shanxi Province obtained in economic construction since the reform and opening up,analyzes the problems and challenges in economic construction of Shanxi Province,and advances some countermeasures for promoting the transformation and development of Shanxi Province depending on sci-tech innovation.
