Abstract

Since Shanxi is a resource-based province of high industrialization,changing the mode of growth,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure is the priority of current development.In Shanxi Province,Twelfth Five-Year Planclearly puts forward to make Shanxi into a province of highly-developed productive service industry.Thus promoting the development of the service industry will become the strategic focus to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure.
