Study on the Rural and Official Social Organization at the Basic Level in Zhuosuotu and Zhaowuda Prefectures in Qing Dynasty

The rural and official social organization at the basic level in Zhuosuotu and Zhaowuda Prefectures in Qing Dynasty arose as the immigration of the Han nationality from interior and the formation,development of the countryside,and was notably characterized by implantation.To strengthen its rule over the interior immigrants,the Qing government exercised Respective Government of the Mongols and the Han.Earlier than set aside prefectures,ting(sub-circuits),sub-prefectures and counties,the Qing government established some official social organizations at the basic level——Country Brand Organization in the areas where the interior immigrants were comparatively concentrated.With the demand of the rule,the Qing government added some subsidiary social organizations——Peace and Prosperity Society,Local Militia Units and so on.During the New Deal Period of Late Qing Dynasty,the police was established to co-operate the New Deal as well.However all is newly established,the development of the rural and official social organization at the basic level in Zhuosuotu and Zhaowuda Prefectures in Qing Dynasty was not that perfect,and the form was not that standard,which showed different characteristics from interior.
