Abstract

Distinctions and conflicts of interests between us exist in the socialist society all the same.To construct a socialist harmonious society, we should dispose all conflicts of interests appropriately and properly.Therefore,a scientific and effective mechanism is indispensable,which consists of the corresponding mechanism,the appealing mechanism,the mediating and disposing mechanism as well as the rights and interests guaranteeing mechanism,ensuring the people's sharing of the accomplishments of reformation and improvement.
